Terms of Service
By completing a purchase to my invoice, you the buyer have agreed to read and accept these Terms and Conditions I have set.
1. There are no cancellations or refunds unless both parties have agreed upon one. A chargeback without my, the seller, consent will be disputed and seen as an attempted scam. All conversations will be screenshot and used as evidence to support the claim.
2. I, the seller and artist, own all the rights to all artworks I provide the buyer. At any time, I have the right to strip the buyer of any and all rights to use my artworks should the buyer infringe upon these Terms and Conditions or my personal choice to do so. Unless agreed upon for commercial use, the buyer will only use the artwork for personal use only. The buyer will NOT remove any watermarks and/or claim the artwork as their own.
3. There are no deadlines or due dates for the finished artwork. The buyer is required to stay in communication through social media and/or email at all available times. I will always have multiple ways to be contacted. Once it has been confirmed that the finished product has been received, the commission is complete and I, the seller, is released from all responsibilities of the commission.
